PARTY DETAILS
We want your party to be the best experience ever. Check out the details below for more information:
- All players agree to follow the rules, respect other players and the equipment
- Outside food & drink prohibited (Except Birthday Cakes)
- Due to other scheduled groups, late arrivals may not receive their full playing time
- All players must be no less than 7 years old and 46" tall (No Exceptions)
- Urge your guests to be on time as all sessions will start on schedule. Treat your session like an airline flight. This plane leaves on time!
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule a party. If for any reason you cancel your party, a gift card will be issued in the amount of your deposit.
In the event of closure due to severe weather, we will contact all parties to alert them of the cancellation and will be happy to reschedule your party. If your party cannot be rescheduled for any reason, we will refund your initial deposit via mail (check) within 10 business days. All other deposits are not refundable.
